Join me for this Hatha yoga flow practice which will help you start your week feeling grounded and balanced. You will practice all the classic Hatha poses and modifications will be given depending on your flexibility and state of mind.

Claude Yoga and Meditation has profoundly affected my life in a way that few experiences ever have.
