Yoga Retreats South of France
A few days to regenerate and meet like-minded souls
All the yoga retreats I have done have brought me serenity, flexibility and new friendships…
They always provide an immersion from which one emerges refreshed and invigorated.
I often experienced something new and fun such as paddle yoga in Sicily, equine meditation in Andalusia, yoga in the water on the Vermeille coast, mantras and ceremonies in India, yoga and hiking in Greece, noble silence in Chalabre Occitanie and much more…
I now recreate this experience in the magnificent setting of the Mas d’en Rede, Argeles-sur-mer, France
I propose a morning practice with a Hatha yoga flow that awakens and invigorates followed by a guided meditation and relaxation. (75min)
Swimming, hiking and tours of the area are offered during the day. In addition, individual antigravity aerial yoga discovery classes suspended in a hammock are available
A restorative yoga session in the evening followed by a yoga nidra practice closes the day and paves the way for a peaceful night (75 min)

Claude Yoga and Meditation has profoundly affected my life in a way that few experiences ever have. I am not one for diving head first into any physical or spiritual practice so it was important to me that the ISHTA she teaches with patience, skill, and precision demonstrate the difference between following the herd into to a room of pastel colored mats and understanding that what yoga has to offer is much more profound than “stretching.” With passionate storytelling, carefully planned lessons, and a perspective that reflects expertise without being clouded by evangelism, Claude took me from literally zero understanding about the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda (ISHTA) and gave me the ability to see the holistic balancing she was offering. You can be thankful for the modifications she makes for each individual; A former athlete like me whose limbs were not flexible, I had trouble even sitting for short periods of time before I started my training with those modifications. In a matter of weeks I was able to see for myself what “subtle yoga” movement, breathing, and focused meditation could do for all aspects of my life. After some months, Claude’s classes got me to the point where I even knew enough of the ISHTA discipline to save myself during the Spring confinement. I mean that sincerely. Her ISHTA teaching was a life saver during the brutal three months. Still, when we could move about freely again, it was with such relief that I could resume my lessons. Nothing can replace Claude’s direction and corrections. And she is the only one qualified to teach ISHTA in Paris. Qualification comes with hundreds and thousands of hours of work and preparation. That is obvious in Claude’s dedication to her practice. I look forward to every individualized lesson with her. ISHTA is an indispensable lifelong gift that I am starting quite late, but with willingness and a eye on transformation, anyone can make measurable progress with Claude Yoga and Meditation.
